Design Briefs

What this produces

A design brief is a precise, ready-to-use SET OF INSTRUCTIONS for a graphic — not the graphic itself. Think of it as a creative brief you'd hand to a designer, except Nuviro writes it for you in seconds, grounded in your actual product and campaign message. You (or a designer, or Canva/Figma) build the real image from it.

This is a separate capability from Generating Images — that flow produces an actual AI-generated image file; this one produces the instructions for building one by hand. Use whichever fits: a generated image when you want something ready to publish immediately, a design brief when you want full creative control or need a format Nuviro doesn't generate directly (like a multi-slide carousel).

The five brief types

TypeWhat you get
Carousel outlineA slide-by-slide plan for a LinkedIn document carousel — headline, optional body text, and a visual note for each slide
Screenshot overlaysShort callout labels to place on top of a real product screenshot, each with where it goes and what it points at
Feature graphicA single announcement graphic — headline, subheadline, visual concept, layout notes
Blog bannerYour blog post's header image (and its social link preview) — a visual concept plus a ready-to-use AI image prompt
YouTube thumbnailMain text, focal subject, background concept, and contrast notes — written to be readable at a glance on a phone

Creating one

From your campaign page, open Design briefs and click Create design brief. Pick a type, optionally add style instructions ("minimal, dark background, brand purple"), and fill in any type-specific details (number of slides for a carousel, a description of your screenshot for overlays, a target channel for a feature graphic). It takes a few seconds to generate.

Delivery format

Every brief can be generated as:

  • Plain — just the brief.
  • Canva — the brief plus a list of named fields you paste straight into a Canva template's text boxes. The field names stay the same every time, so you build one template per brief type and reuse it forever.
  • Figma — the brief plus a frame-by-frame layout spec (one frame per slide, with each element's placement) to build from by hand.

Neither Canva nor Figma is actually connected to Nuviro — there's no "send to Canva" button. These are copy-paste exports, not a live integration.

Reading the result

Every brief shows a recommended size (e.g. "1080 × 1350 px") at the top, plus a Copy brief button for a plain-text version of the whole thing. A blog banner's image prompt gets its own copy button — paste it directly into any AI image tool. If you chose Canva or Figma, you'll get an extra tab with the field list or frame spec, each with its own copy button.

Where past briefs go

Every brief you've generated for a campaign is listed on that campaign's Design briefs section, newest first. Briefs aren't edited in place — if you want changes, generate a new one.
