Team & Workspaces
What a workspace is
A workspace is your team's private space — every product, campaign, and piece of content belongs to exactly one workspace, and nobody outside it can see or touch that data. You get one automatically when you sign up.
Multiple workspaces
You can belong to more than one workspace (e.g. one for your own product, another you were invited into). Switch between them from the workspace picker in the sidebar. How many you can OWN is capped by your plan — see Plans & Billing.
Roles
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including deleting the workspace itself. There's exactly one owner. |
| Admin | Manage settings, integrations, and team membership — everything short of deleting the workspace. |
| Member | Day-to-day work — create campaigns, review and approve content. Can't manage the team or integrations. |
| Viewer | Read-only — can see everything but can't create, edit, approve, or publish anything. Good for stakeholders who just need visibility. |
Inviting someone
Settings → Workspaces → Members → Invite (admin or owner only). They need an existing Nuviro account under the same email you invite — inviting someone who hasn't signed up yet won't work until they do. Team invites are a paid-plan feature; Free workspaces can only ever have their original creator as a member.
Changing someone's role
Same Members page, admin/owner only. You can't change the owner's own role this way — see Transferring Ownership below.
Removing someone
Admin/owner can remove any member except the owner. Removing someone doesn't delete anything they created — their campaigns, content, and history stay exactly as they were.
Transferring ownership
Only the current owner can do this — Settings → Workspaces → Transfer Ownership, pick the new owner from existing members. Do this before trying to delete your account or leave a workspace you solely own with other people still in it; both of those are blocked until ownership moves to someone else.
Deleting a workspace
Owner-only, and irreversible. Blocked if there are other members still in it — remove them or transfer ownership first.
