Reviewing & Approving
Every generated asset — copy, image, or video script — needs a human decision before it can be published. This is the second of Nuviro's two deliberate checkpoints (the first being the brief — see Core Concepts).
The three decisions
From an asset's card (in the campaign's Assets tab) or its full page:
- Approve — this piece is ready. It can now be published (see Publishing).
- Reject — this isn't right and you don't want to pursue it further as-is. A rejected asset can still be regenerated.
- Request Changes — you want another attempt with feedback, without fully rejecting it.
Leaving a comment
The asset's full page has a comment field alongside the decision buttons — use it to note why you rejected or requested changes. This is separate from the free-text style instructions you can give when regenerating an image (see Generating Images) — they serve different purposes and aren't automatically connected, so if you want your feedback to actually shape a regeneration, put it in the regenerate dialog itself, not just the decision comment.
Regenerating
Any asset that's draft, pending review, or rejected can be regenerated. An approved or published asset can't — regenerating it would silently undo that decision. Reject it (or request changes) first if it genuinely needs a new version.
Picking between multiple image candidates
If an image asset shows a "N candidates ready" badge, more than one version was generated for you to choose from — open the full asset page to see them side by side and pick your favorite before deciding to approve. See Generating Images.
What happens to the campaign as you review
Your campaign's overall status reflects the mix of its assets automatically — if any asset is still being generated, the campaign shows as generating; once every asset has a human decision, it moves to approved. You don't need to do anything to update this yourself.
