Products & Features

What a product is​

A product is the thing you're marketing — your app, your SaaS, your service. Everything else in Nuviro (signals, campaigns, knowledge base) belongs to a product.

Creating a product​

Go to Products → New Product and fill in:

  • Name — what you call it
  • Description — a couple of sentences describing what it does and who it's for. This becomes real context every AI agent uses when writing about your product, so make it accurate, not just marketing copy.
  • Website URL — the real link you want mentioned in generated content. This is used verbatim — Nuviro never guesses or invents a URL, it always uses exactly what you enter here. If this is wrong, every piece of generated content that mentions your site will be wrong too, so it's worth double-checking after you set it up.

Your plan's product limit​

Free and Pro plans cap how many products a workspace can have; Business is unlimited. You'll see a clear error if you try to create one past your limit — upgrade or remove an unused product to make room.

Features​

A feature is a specific capability or release worth tracking — not required, but useful context for signals that reference "we shipped X." Add features from your product's Features tab as you build them out; they're optional supporting detail, not something every signal needs to reference.

Fixing a wrong Website URL later​

If you notice generated content mentioning the wrong domain, check Products → [your product] → Edit first — a typo or placeholder URL here is the single most common cause. Fixing it doesn't retroactively change anything already generated, but every regeneration from that point on will use the corrected value.
